The bloke in the picture is Sean O'Hagan who fronts The High Llamas. "Homespin Rerun" is breezy, chimey, and easy. It's also the most frequently played track by The High Llamas on Audioscrobbler (a stalking website that allows you to see what loved ones are listening to).
